L.I.I.T (Low-Intensity Interval Training) is a group training in short, intense physical activities, paired interval with quick rests. This training will push to give 100% effort and burns  fat more effectively than typical endurance cardio.

Vinyasa flow yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips.
