Feel Good Flow Yoga is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body's energies to build strength, balance and endurance.

Barre is a form of physical exercise. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its use of the ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

Students apply their own skills and knowledge of different styles of dance to create pieces that they perform for each other

Barre is a dynamic total body workout combining pilates principles with ballet movement, also a hint element of strength training and yoga. through full range of movements, isometric holds and tiny pulses while maintaining a neutral spine alignment and pelvic stability, barre benefits to improve your posture, strengthen the core, to tone the big as well as small muscle group. it’s challenging and exciting at the same time.

Morning Flow Yoga (Vinyasa) is a dynamic, creative flow designed to refresh the mind & body through various poses.
