Cresti is a 200hours Yoga Alliance teacher from One Song Yoga School by Denise Payne and certified 100hours Yin Yoga World by Nyoman Wahyuni. She has been practicing yoga since 2017 and her yoga journey continues until present time.
Her style of teaching is mainly Vinyasa sometimes mix with Yin yoga for relaxation. She currently teaches public group classes in person. Options are given and students can choose in accordance to their body capabilities.
All levels of practitioners are welcome
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
Power yoga is a more dynamic version of traditional yoga – it's faster, more intense and the focus is more on building strength and less on meditation or chanting. Because of dynamic movement, the postures in power yoga help to develop body strength and stability.
Hatha yoga is perfect for beginners who just started yoga practice. Hatha is the the umbrella term of all physical posture in yoga. It focuses on total mastery of physical body (bodily function included), activating chakras, and promoting spiritual and physical wellness.
