I am a mom of 3 and a 40+ years old of a yoga instructor. Started quite late in yoga journey, nevertheless didn’t stop me to pursue this path of yoga. Started to fall in love with yoga in 2018 and continued the practice through private and regular classes. I have been teaching online and offline yoga practice since graduated from YTT One Song Yoga by Denise Payne in 2020. My style of teaching is fun but mindful. The class varies from Vinyasa, Power and Gentle yoga which cater for Beginners. I believe that yoga will give us beyond the physical benefits, it will help us to find and truly understand who we really are.
