Destri Nurmala, mostly known as Deti has 15-years experience of doing hip-hop dance. She is now a certified yoga teacher since 2018. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, as well as her own signature creation, Hip-Hop Yoga.

Instructor Yoga Yin

Yin yoga is slow-paced style of yoga. Each movement and postures in this class usually held longer, between 3 to 7 minutes. Yin yoga is perfect for beginners and perfect for those who wants to try meditative yoga practice to find inner peace.
