Hi I'm Jen, a yoga practitioner and teacher. When I'm not doing yoga, you can find me enjoying outdoor activites witg my dog, listening to music, snacking and getting a full body massage :) My personal yoga practice nowadays is mostly ashtanga, mixed with a tiny bit of vinyasa. When I teach, I like my classes to be upbeat, fun and energetic, with emphasis in technique and mindful movements.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
