Hi Im Jenn 200 hr CYT from One Song Yoga, at first i started yoga because I'm looking for a good activity and that can be done anywhere in order to keep my positive mind. However, i began practicing yoga constantly and unexpectedly because of Yoga, i sense a lot of benefits for myself, one of them is to cure my insomnia. Throughout the time i learn more from private lessons, workshops and studios. Having more than just supports from my family, yoga friends and teacher to join the teacher training programs, which lead my way to become a yoga teacher. In my class i want everyone to love your body, trust yourself and enjoy the process without fear. Dont think just do it within your limits.
