A special Power Yoga class, designed to strengthen and conditioning our body for preparation for arm balancing poses such as Bakasana (crow pose) and/or inversion (headstand)


Slow pace practice, starting from breathing exercise to purify the energy before the practice, follow by asana and closed with a soothing pranaysma smd meditation for relaxation. 

Designed to help you build core and upper body strength, this class includes a series of armbalance and inversion poses that will challenge you both mentally and physically. Whether you're an experienced yogi looking to take your practice to the next level or a beginner wanting to build strength and flexibility, this class is perfect for you.

Sound Healing is believed to have an effect not only as a relaxation tool, but also to activate the healing process in our body. The sound and vibration may have an effect on aligning the body, improve the blood flow, releasing physical and emotional blockage , rising up our energy level and bring us back to the state of wellness. 

It is a 1 hour class, we will start in Pranayama, follow by some gentle stretch to let the blood flows, the the aound bath meditation.
