Always a serene practice ambience at Pak Thony’s class. The class started with the introduction theory about Ashtanga; origin, sequencing, etc, then the practice itself, Ashtanga Half Primary Series and QnA session at the end. Gentle modifications for entry-level and full pose for when you’re ready
